Do you have the passion, talent and skills to help make it all add up for the people we support?
At our education centres, we provide personalised support that helps children and young people learn, flourish and thrive.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Therapists to join us across our three education centres:

Shaftesbury Millie College
Millie College provides specialist education for young people aged 16-25 with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. Set on a 350-acre countryside site near Poole, our college offers a unique work environment providing direct access to nature and wellness.

Shaftesbury Nash College
At Nash College in Bromley we provide specialist further education for young people aged 16-25. We deliver personalised learning and support that changes lives. Every member of our team plays a vital role in supporting our students to overcome barriers, discover their strengths and build confidence for their futures.

Shaftesbury Victoria School
A specialist school for children and young people aged three to 19 with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. We pride ourselves on our inclusivity and bespoke education and therapy offer. Included in the fantastic facilities onsite are a large hydrotherapy pool, multi-sensory room, woodland trail and our very own radio station (VIBE).
What experience is required?
Experience is not always essential for support roles – an empathic approach and ability to foster students’ development of independence and life skills is valued.

It is a joy and a delight to be part of such a dynamic organisation.
- Hyacinth, Catering Team at Nash College

Everyone looks out for each other and pulls together when we need to.
