Care workers

Do you have the passion, talent, skills and care experience that can help make it all add up for the people we support? We’re looking for support workers and registered nurses to join us.

If you would find joy in providing open, inclusive, enabling and courageous support to people with disabilities, we’d love to hear from you.

You will provide high standards of care, supporting individuals to enjoy a life without barriers so they can flourish and participate fully.

What are we looking for?

We asked some of our experienced managers about what makes employees stand out:

They need to be kind and compassionate, be able to really listen and want the very best for the people they support.

- Mandy

Compassion and empathy is important - the ability to stand side by side with someone.

- Stuart

What experience is required?

Experience is helpful but not essential. You will gain all the necessary training if you’re right for the job.

Around 70% of staff are new to social care when they join us. What’s important is initiative and the right attitude.
