Our Enabling Support Workers are the heart and soul of Shaftesbury. They support people with a wide range of ages and abilities by providing outstanding care in a variety of contexts.  

Staff in caring roles join us from different careers and backgrounds, often with no previous experience in care work. What our support workers love about the job is the people they support and the fact every day is different. 

Education

Our education centres provide specialised learning for students aged 3 to 25. Play a part in providing an inspiring education that paves the way for a love of learning and opportunities for students to live a flourishing life. 

Office

To enable our support staff to provide the best possible care to people with disabilities, we also need to attract and retain talent in our office teams.
