Campaigner Pat Onions, who is disabled and also a carer, has launched an e-petition to draw attention to the fact that funding cuts are affecting disabled people in a disproportionate manner.
Shaftesbury is supporting her intiative alongside organizations such as Mind, RNIB, Radar and Scope.
