Nick joined Shaftesbury in 2026 as Chief Financial Officer. His early career included a range of roles in large organisations such as British Airways, GSK and Carnival UK which gave him significant experience in financial strategy & management, team development and programme delivery.

Since 2015, Nick has looked to apply this range of skills in the charity sector for organisations such as London City Mission, Brendon care and the United Bible Societies. As well as leading the Finance functions he had responsibility for Estates, IT and Property Development.

Nick also serves as a Trustee for his local alms-houses. His personal faith is central to how he leads, empowers and influences the people, teams and organisations that he works with.
