Emma joined Shaftesbury in November 2024, bringing over 18 years of experience in fundraising and marketing with charities including Samaritans, SeeAbility, and Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity. With a strong background in leadership, she is known for her collaborative style, hands-on approach, and creativity, all of which drive innovation and help forge meaningful connections between organisations and their communities. Outside of work, Emma loves trail running, woodland walks with her two dogs, and spending quality time with her family.
