With a commercial background and extensive experience in school leadership including setting improvement, startup and change management, she focuses on building strong professional cultures, inclusive pathways, and consistent excellence in teaching and learning.

Adele is a lifelong animal lover with a particular passion for horses. She brings personal experience of equine and animal assisted approaches to her work. This shapes her belief in the therapeutic power of the outside world. She believes that connection and collaboration create calm, sensory rich environments that enable our children and young people to thrive.
