A wellbeing group, of people supported by livability, were given the training and tech to interview and film stories to curate oral histories project . the project was put i the hands of those we support. the Oral histories project, funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund, was put in the hands of those we support as part of the Flourish eco-therapy group, a wellbeing discovery programme designed for people to learn new skills, build confidence and ultimately have fun.
To practice the skills they learnt, Flourish members interviewed 20 people who had unique insights into the history of Holton Lee and it’s 350 acres of beautiful countryside.
