Sam has worked in a range of programme delivery and finance roles for international development organisations. He is currently Interim Chief Financial Officer at Oxfam International. Before that he worked for Save the Children and the UK Government’s Department for International Development. He has also been a Trustee at ODI (previously the Overseas Development Institute).
